My first career chapter was at Tech Mahindra, Hyderabad, where for two-plus years I worked in associate customer support and process operations — auditing UPS shipment data on WFMS, spotting trends, juggling multiple queues and building region-wise reports. It wasn't glamorous. It was rigorous — and it taught me something most marketers never learn: how to run a repeatable process to a standard.
When I moved into digital marketing at 3Zen Consulting, I didn't leave that discipline behind. I brought it with me. SEO, Google and Meta Ads, social channels, GA4 reporting — all of it gets the same treatment: structured audits, clean setup, defined metrics, honest reporting and continuous optimisation.
